AI Enroll (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides an AI-powered enrollment and appointment platform at aienroll.co (the “Service”). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our customers (businesses that use the Service) and to the individuals our customers communicate with through it.
Information we collect
- Account information — name, email address, and authentication details when you create an account or are invited to a workspace.
- Customer content — contact records (such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, employer, and state) that our customers upload or collect through their booking pages, plus the workflows, templates, and pages they build.
- Communications data — emails, SMS messages, and call recordings/transcripts generated when outreach is sent through the Service, including delivery and engagement events (sent, opened, clicked, replied, booked).
- Usage data — log and device information collected automatically when you use the Service, used for security and to improve the product.
How we use information
- To provide, operate, and secure the Service.
- To send communications our customers schedule — appointment reminders, booking links, enrollment outreach — on their behalf.
- To provide support and respond to requests.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use customer content to train AI models.
Service providers
We rely on a small set of processors to run the Service: Vercel (hosting), Convex (database and backend), Clerk (authentication), Resend (email delivery), Twilio and Retell AI (voice calls and text messaging), and Calendly / Cal.com (scheduling). Each receives only the data needed to perform its function.
Communications choices
- Every marketing email sent through the Service includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops further email from that sender immediately.
- Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of texting; reply HELP for help.
- Contacts may also ask the business that contacted them, or us, to suppress any channel (email, SMS, or voice) at any time.
Data retention & deletion
Customer content is retained while the customer’s account is active. Customers can delete contacts and their communication history at any time from the dashboard; deleting an account removes its content from production systems within 30 days, except where law requires longer retention.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is limited by role-based permissions and tenant isolation. See our Security page for details.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes & contact
We may update this policy and will revise the date above when we do. Questions or requests (including data access or deletion): support@aienroll.co.
